These are great for gluten free! Gluten free baking is notorious for sticking. These pans work great. I lightly spritz with cooking oil and place on a rigid baking sheet and the come out perfectly. Work great for gf cookies too, especially ones that spread. Very happy kiddo.

Silpat has a pretty good reputation and I like making cookies, so I was looking forward to trying this cookie mold. Per the info, you don't need to oil it or anything. I made up some gooey chocolate chip cookies and put it to the test. I had to adjust my timing just a little because the cookies can't spread out naturally like on a normal cookie tray, but I didn't have any trouble. The cookies came out just right. Removing them from the mold was easy and none of them stuck. The smiley faces were easy to make it. Just remember to press the dough in a little when you fill the mold to ensure it gets the face outline if that matters to you. Really nice cookie molds and cleans up so easy

These smiley face molds are adorable and functional! The non-stick surface makes releasing treats a breeze, and they're easy to clean. Perfect for baking fun desserts for kids (or adults!). Great quality and lots of smiles guaranteed. Highly recommend!

My wife was excited to see this from the Silpat store! She became a fan of the company many years ago, and we've used their products since learning about them.This might be my favorite thing from them because of the smiley faces in the molds.I like KGM's idea of making potato-bacon cakes in these, since we're trying to cut down on sugar right now. I have a shredded potato/bacon/cheese waffle I make that will be great in these.I was also thinking the same as KGM, wishing these were a little deeper, including the faces creating deeper holes in whatever you're baking, so that whatever filling you're putting in them infuses throughout the cake or other goodie you're making.Silpats are wonderful for making cleanup easy, since they are non-stick. They usually come with a cookie sheet-type tray, riddled with holes in the bottom, to put the Silpats on for easier handling, putting in and taking out of the oven, etc., so if you don't have one of those metal trays, I suggest a cutting board, flat cookie sheet, or something similar, to carry this around so you don't end up with your food on the floor.Silpats are pricey, due to the name and quality, but I think this tray is especially worth it. I'll just be looking out to see if they make a bigger one, because they really need to =)Thank you for reading, I hope it was helpful.
