I use these for making different kinds of truffles, which I then coat in chocolate. They do the job really well and I've numerous compliments on how professional my truffles turned out when using them. The only thing I'd advised if you're using them for this - get your fillings as cold as possible, in as deep a freeze as possible, for as long as you can before attempting to pop them out of the moulds. Otherwise you can end up with them breaking up and leaving residue.

Eazy to use. Chocolate comes out nicely as form folds back. More than meets my expectations.
