I use it mostly for Leg Extensions, Incline Press, lying French press, bench pulls, and flat bench dumbbells, and haven't had a problem with it.I use soft pads on my legs since the metal pipe's soft pads are not soft enough for heavy leg extensions, I do 130lbs so far.

I was not expecting much for the price. I was pleasantly surprised as to the build quality of the bench. The only 2 downsides, and hence 4 stars, is that there is a bar, used for additional stability of the bench, that prevents the leg extension attachment from completing a full range of motion on the eccentric portion of a rep. It bangs against the bar not allowing you to get a stretch at the bottom (see pic). You do get a full concentric contraction allowing to squeeze your quads at the top. I'm considering getting rid of the bar to get full range of motion as it looks stable enough without it. Conversely, when doing lying leg curls, you will only get to a little over 90 degrees before the structure stops the attachment, meaning you won't be able to touch your butt and squeeze at the top rep. With enough weight though this will be a minor issue. This isn't a gym quality piece of equipment so these things can be excused. It still will work for most home gym purposes. Secondly, the preacher curl attachment is more akin to bicycle handlebars and are too far apart (see pic). You'll have to grip it where the bar begins to curve inwards for a more natural angle, unless you're looking to do wide biceps curls. If so you're golden. Overall, good buy, just have to adjust how you workout to get the best out of it.
