Very easy to build and of great quality. I use it every day. The only qualm I have is the stability. It wobbles when using machinery on top, such as a blender. Otherwise, I have no issues with this island.

It is a nice storage space BUT it is sort of wobbly. There should have been a support bar in the back to make it more stable. Oh and the hinges are difficult to assemble. They did not have predrilled holes as the other parts did.

I'm a decrepit old woman and was able to put this together easily with only one problem. When attaching the doors, I discovered that two of the necessary screw holes were not drilled. In either of the doors. Since I don't own an electric screw driver, I hammered a small nail part way in to start the hole. Then, I muscled the screw in. It was awkward and not fun, but I got it done. A suggestion for added strength you might like to try, after I finished the assembly, I applied a thick coat of extra strength wood glue to all the inside joint lines. I laid it down to do the vertical sides and allowed it to dry for 24 hours before standing it back up. Since the drawer bottom is a thin slat that is only held in place by sliding into grooves, I knew from past experience that it would not hold much weight. So, I glued along every bottom joint line, both on the inside and outside. I also let it dry 24 hours after doing the outside bottom before turning it over to do the inside. I did the inside corners as well. I'm happy to report that my drawer now holds all my cutlery, silverware, and kitchen doodads with no problems. I did buy dividers to keep it all neat. It looks great and I can find what I need easily.I love my little cabinet so much, I'm thinking of getting another. So, yes I recommend buying this.

Went together very well and all the parts were there and labeled. The doors took some adjusting to get them rightly aligned but I'm happy with it.
