I’ve had my refurbished Shark vacum for almost a week and I love it so far. Here’s what I like about it, it’s small and fits into small spaces easy, it charges quick, first time was less than an hour, runs for the amount of time I need it haven’t run out of power yet, easy to dump the cup, it picks up cat litter, for the money it’s exactly what I needed as sweeping was too much work, easy to put together (a 12 year old could do it) and it has a charging station rather than hanging it on the wall. It also looks brand new could not tell it was refurbished. What I found frustrating is the owners manual was online and was one page that told me nothing on how to connect and disconnect the tools, I had to go to the internet to find the info. out. (It’s 2 buttons up by the handle to release the tool) I also have carpet in my bedrooms that’s a little thicker, it does ok but does better on area rugs. If you’re looking for an everyday lightweight vacum that’s easy to handle and not bulky this is perfect. I’m getting rid of my broom!

Good suction power, was impressed at how good it gets pet hair off furniture. Battery doesn't last as long as I would expect, we don't have a very large house and it dies before I'm finished most of the time. Sucks cat litter up good. Holding tank is small.

Claims this vacuum has a 4 hour run time and it only lasts maybe 30 minutes. I let it charge over 24 hours before using it to ensure proper charging was done and I can’t even make it thru the kitchen and dining room before it dies again. Very very disappointed. I had such high hopes for this vacuum.

Like the option where you can make it a handheld . Use it for cleaning up cat litter.

This Pet Wandvac is amazing! I want to buy one for everyone I know. I love that hair doesn't get stuck on the roller (and want to know how). It has a small reservoir, but works fine. It is easy enough to use that vacuuming isn't a pain and gets done more often than usual.
