Easy to use & does a great job. We are a family of three with 4-dogs, 4-cats, and busy schedules. I was Swiffering daily and using a Shark Steam mop as needed and it still wasn’t cutting it. Decided to try this. Love it! Not sure if it’s a testament to how well it works or dirty our floors are but this thing is awesome! Bought extra rollers to change out after using to avoid getting sour like reported in some reviews. Rinse them and throw them in the washing machine and they do fine. Pros include: quiet compared to others I’ve had before, easy storage, cleans up easily after using , easy to remove and replace parts for cleaning, good suction power, small but ample water/soap tank & decent size tank for sucking up the water. Cons include: cord needs to be longer, leaves tracks from wheels if you aren’t careful, soap isn’t fragrant but it’s ok, leaves a little puddle if it’s left standing (like to add more water/soap or to empty tank). Definitely would recommend!

I purchased this item about 2-3 weeks ago. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment. I have owned 2 Shark steam cleaners that I absolutely loved and still have one of them. I got this one because you could add cleaner to it for odor neutralizing, plus it vacuums at the same time.Immediately upon using the new wet/dry vacuum cleaner, I could tell it was not cleaning as I had expected. I tried going slower, but going that slow would take forever to clean a floor. The roller brush kept leaving patches on ground like it wasn't making good level contact with the floor. I had to keep going over areas just to make sure they were wet, with no dry patches. It seems as if the machine does not have enough weight on the front end of it to allow the roller brush to make a firm contact with the floor. The other issue I noticed was the gap left between the walls/baseboards. This does not get close enough to the wall at all. The vacuum part was ok at picking up smaller items on the ground, but it had to be very small debris or it would get stuck between the roller and casing.You have to use this machine at a snails pace and ignore the 2-3 inch gap next to wall. If you have as many hard floors to clean as I do, it just won't work. My time is valuable. I can use the my Shark Steam and Scrub much faster and it does an awesome job. The ONE thing I did like was the concentrated odor neutralizing cleaner that came with it. The smell is amazing. I purchased a larger bottle separately and I'm glad I did. I plan to use it in a spray bottle and spray it on my floors as I go along with my Shark Steam and Scrub.I am in the process of a return now.

Ya tengo tiempo usando la marca shark tengo una shark rocket y esta es mi tercera hydrovac la primera era recargable la ame apesar de q la batería le dura 40 min la segunda una hydrovac xl de cable, lamentablemente tubo falla pero me hicieron valida mi garantia ahora esta mesmaster tiene algunas diferencias con la otras el cable es más largo la veo un poco más grade me gusto muchísimo y deja mis pisos de porcelanato billosos e impecables

My house has ALL wood, bamboo and tile floors. I've said over the years that I wanted a maid to come in and just do the floors. A pregnancy injury left me in pain most of the time and floors are really hard for me. I started with a robot vacuume that I love love love. Next I wanted an electric mop. After reading all the reviews, the corded plug in Shark Hydrovac is what I bought. I am reading poor reviews here under this product, but they continually mention the weak battery. My review is for the corded plug in vacuume not a cordless model. My floors have never been cleaner. I used the vacuume over the course of two days and about 10 hours for an initial clean. The bamboo floor is only six years old and sealed. That floor was so easy to clean, although I still cleaned it three times over since it hasn't been cleaned in over six months. The kitchen tile was super easy too, although it doesn't reach the grout, my daughter is young and took on the challenge to clean the grout with a nifty grout brush I found. The hard part to clean is the 30 year old wood floors with areas where the seal is worn off. We bought the house from someone who's dogs had scratched the floors and wore off the finish in high traffic areas. This was the hard part to clean the first time. I did the same as with the bamboo and cleaned it the times over. After it was done, I realized there were areas of built up dirt on the unsealed areas I had not been getting clean. I decided to go back and clean this area by hand with a scrub brush to get it where I wanted. After that the floors have been a snap to keep clean. I've put in about 20 hours with the vacuume so far and have had zero problems. Some reviews say you can't vacuume and mop together. I didn't even try that. I vacuume with the robot first, then mop. I don't want to risk scratching the floor with a gritty mop. It is super easy to clean. The clean tank chines right out with the push of a button. The dirty tank is the same way. I dump it in the sink, rinse it and either use it again or put it on a towel to drain and dry. There is a sponge on the filter that I rinse and squeeze and put on the towel to dry. The beater bar comes out easily. I rinse under the faucet in the kitchen sink and squeeze by grabbing the bar and turning it around with the other hand. Again, I either put it back on the mop to keep cleaning or leave it on its end to dry on the towel. The vacuume without the beater bar and without the dirty tank, has a very short tube between the two that cleans easily with a bottle brush that is not included, but I already own it. All these parts are removable and replaceable with one hand. I find it easy to use, easy to empty the dirty tank and easy to refill the clean tank. The mop has a self clean feature that works pretty well, but I found that it is easy enough to clean it the way I described above and decided that is rather care for it myself and allow the parts to all dry completely. I've had zero issues with mold or a moldy smell. My floors are cleaner than they have been in years and are easy to maintain after the initial clean I have them. Note, I have a corgi dog that sheds all year. The robot vacuume and the Shark mop have changed my life. I don't leave the house covered in fur anymore. Once a week I vacuume and mop, or one other day in between if we are all off work for holidays and tracking more dust and dirt. Everyone in the house is impressed with his easily the floor is kept in a very clean and neat state. Along with the robot vacuume, this mop is the best investment I've made in householt cleaning tools,ever.

I live in an apartment with about 90% carpet just my bathroom and kitchen or hardwood or laminate floors and I was struggling to keep up with sweeping and mopping. It was a hassle because the floor show everything and so when I got this, I was very excited. I got it on sale so it was a good value for money, the section is good, but if something really stuck on there and dried on there to the floor, you do sometimes have to scrape it just to help it because the brush is raised above the floor. It just kind of gazes past it customizable to the machine that is offered a lot of that Brush stink, so I’ve made it a point to remove it and let it air dry along with the filter with the dirty water tank to ensure that I don’t have that happen to me is the containers for the water. I wish there were another brush that had actual brush bristles on it get stains. It doesn’t really spray it just releases water as it goes, but I’d like I said I wish there was more customizable features available on this. There is no battery in this as far as I knew.? It has a corded to supply its power , and it is about 6 feet long? Build quality is fair! I will update my review if anything changes! But. This is so amazing to be able to sweep, suck up the dry Debris and by mopping at the same time as amazing I was so sick of having to replace my broom at least twice a year because the Bristol didn’t last very long. The section is fair. This machine it leaves my floors clean! I thought I did a good job at deep cleaning my floors to have the water run clear but this machine proved me wrong on that one!

Me gustó mucho la aspiradora mi piso es de un gris muy claro y todo se le nota y con la aspiradora puede estar limpio todo el tiempo, es más rápido y práctico tenerla preparada para limpiar, no deja rayas en el piso con una puesta de agua puedo limpiar muy bien la planta de arriba de mi casa ya que es muy rendidor el contenedor y con otra puesta la planta de abajo, limpia muy bien las manchas des piso, me ha encantado el hecho de que ya no me mojo las manos para trapear, el líquido que trae para limpiar huele riquísimo
