Bought this for my nephew and he loves it! First pole and he got the hang of it right away. Very easy to use and keeps him entertained

This is a nice little fishing rod. I bought it to use as a cat toy - tie a catnip mouse to the line and send it out through the living room while watching TV. The small rod is good for indoor use and the cat loves to chase the mouse. Its actually a capable casting rod and reel and you can drop the mouse pretty accurately. I think it would be an excellent introduction to angling for a young person. Both rod and reel seem to be well made, the line seems to be pretty low test though.

Good little rod. Highly funtional and easy to cast with. Good reeling action, thats easy for kid to handle. Compact and easy to transport. Colorful and decorative

Súper práctica, fácil de usar, bonita. Incluso yo la usé 🤭 es una buena opción de compra.Igual, debo tener mucha precaución porque trabajando con un anzuelo es igual que una grande.

This is cute for toddlers. It holds up being dragged around. The spool does get tangled if you throw it too far so if you have a good caster maybe think about a different pole but it is easy to fix and reline.

The gear it comes with is impressive, but I did encounter a small issue with the line – it was a bit too delicate for our needs and broke just handling the line when it first arrived. However, a quick swap with a hide-a-hook bobber and sturdier line solved the problem, and we were back in business.All in all this rod has been a great investment for us. It's given my son the confidence to cast, reel, and enjoy the thrill of fishing without any worries. If you're looking for a solid starter rod for your young angler, this one gets the job done. Just change the line.
