So originally I was skeptical because of the reviews but I ended up ordering it. When I received the pole upon opening the box I realized it was missing instructions I went ahead and looked up serenelife pole instructions videos and found one on YouTube so that was nice after installing however I tried to use it and it proceeded to fall over so I had to reinstall it I think my main issue was that it was crooked so I suggested having another person help hold it up straight to prevent future injuries. After I reinstalled it and made sure it was secure I did some exercises I found on YouTube and it worked great it doesn’t slip at all definitely worth the buy! (Make sure to install it correctly the first time! And no it cannot be installed to a vaulted ceiling lol)

I bought this pole used in good condition for around $45. I assume it was a return that someone sent back because it didn’t come with instructions so I had to google them and found the serenelife website. I reached out to the company through Amazon but they didn’t reply. It was pretty easy to figure out. I also looked at a YouTube video for serenelife pole set up. VERY IMPORTANT: I would like to advise to make sure that you find a stud in the ceiling to place the top base on so that you don’t damage the sheet rock on your ceiling like I almost did. I had to move mine to a space where a stud was after seeing my ceiling start to crack. They should mention things like this in the instructions also for safety it could cause collapse of pole and ceiling. Overall good product so far. I have climbed up and spent around and got dizzy. I joined a few pole Facebook groups for advise and networking.

Very sturdy, even on carpet. Used a studfinder. Easy to assemble, a bit difficult to level. The pieces did not stand up exactly vertically so I had to painstakingly nudge around the pole under mild tension with the ceiling to straighten before tightening. The spin is smooth and not loose. I dislike the design of the top cover since it is just cosmetic, but covers all the adjustment holes. I removed the cover so that I can retighten or loosen to move the pole if necessary. The chrome is good. The blue plastic wrap is annoyingly tightened to the bases and couldn't easily be removed. The base lettering is poor quality but I didn't expect much for the price. Overall good and functional.
