I purchased this quite a while ago. No complaints works great. Everyone should use for practice. Keeping time is so important. If you don't want to play with it you can use it to here the speed the song should be played (if indicated on your song sheet) Thank you

Definitivamente no es lo que esperaba! El ruido se ve opacado por el piano, muy bajo volumen. Que decepción!

El producto es justamente lo que esperábamos mi hija (9 años, estudiante de flauta transversal) y yo. Para escogerlo vimos varios videos en YouTube donde mostraban sus funciones y sonido. Es muy importante decir que el sonido no es molesto, pues se asemeja a una percusión mas que a un "click" electrónico. Se puede ajustar la altura del sonido, así como el volumen, o bajar por completo éste pero seguir el ritmo con la luz parpadeante. Como estudiante de música clásica, aún ocupa la denominación en italiano (largo, adagio, andante, alegro, etc.) y las subdivisiones las tiene que "imaginar" ella misma, así que es ideal para un estudiante que no quiere todo fácil.

Any faults it has are minor and its good points outweigh them so I gave it 5 stars.Faults: You have to treat it with respect as it is only plastic, especially the on/off switch which could easily be broken off with rougn treatment. It comes with a headphone socket which gives a realy bad noise through earphones so is as good as useless. I wish it had some kind of AC mains input as this would negate the need for batteries as batteries are expensive, but as I said the battery is still going so far.Good points: The batteries came with it which was nice. I don't know how long they last but it hasn't died yet.It is not a rock solid object but for the price it is quite good.You don't have to piffle about to set the speed of the beat you want, its easily done with the attractive dial on the front. Overall it's look is quite sheek, considering its plastic.My only real complaint is that I can't play in time very well and the purchase of this device magnified how shockingly bad I was, I kind of have more sympathy for what my neighbours must have been enduring with my out of time 3rd rate pianist skills. With this I hope to improve though.If one wants to be a good musician one must take into accont the beat and length of each note in written music as well as the pitch so the sooner you get a good metronome the better. My mechanical metronome needs a flat surface, so an electric metronome might be the way forward.If you don't want a metronome that has loads of fancy functions like making you a cup of tea in the morning but just gives you an audiable timed beat at the speed of your choosing, this is for you.
