We had a battery in our Scout trailer that powered lights and an inverter. The battery have gone through a number of different ways to hold it down from some zip ties to absolutely nothing. I've used similar hold downs on boat batteries and figured it would work well here. We have wood shelves and I was able to us the supplied screws to screw the plastic brackets to the shelf. Now, I can easily undo the buckle to take the battery out to charge it. Works great.

Needed to secure two boat batteries. These did the trick. Seems well made and it was east to install.
