Bought US stock 2x20TB and 2x12TB. 1 20TB and 1 12TB DOA, RMA accepted at Seagate SG and got new replacements in a week. All good now in my NAS.

Shipment duration is fast. Product arrived in well protected box without damage. I’ve tested the drive in my NAS, works perfectly. Really happy about it coz I can never find such a good deal in my country. Thank you.

Hi Amazon, I have just received the 2 HDDs the other day and found both of them to be worry some.On start up and shutdown they make quite a spinning and clicking noises. and some times when on wake it clicks. If you lookup my history, I have purchased a 10tb & a 12th Western Digital external HDDs and they are both very quite (they have been running 24/7 since arrival).Worried about using the 2 new Seagate HDDS as I do NOT want to loose any data (even if is covered under warranty) and can be replaced. It's the Data lost personal files I am worried about.Please advise on what steps to take.
