El articulo tiene conectividad SAS, no es SATA como se anuncia en la página.

El disco duro es excelente y creo que funcionara bien solo que en equipos normales requiere un conector que permita la conexión SAS a SATA

These are good drives. Seagate makes both a SATA and SAS version of the EOS 7E8 model. This version is SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) Even though the connection pins are idetical, SAS and SATA are not interchangable. Check the model number on the drive. If it ends in 3A it is SAS, if it ends in 2A it is SATA (See below)Exos 7E8 2TB 512n SAS - ST2000NM003AExos 7E8 2TB 4Kn SATA - ST2000NM002ANow if you need SAS, these are good little drives. I used them to replace failing Barracuda 15k's which are no longer made. The spindle speeds are only 7200, however in a RAID5 they still support several dozen VM's with good performance. The SAS drives offer twice the throughput of the SATA version at 12Gb/s SAS. I've been using these drives for about three years now in a Hyper-V farm and have yet to have any failures. They're rated for high workloads (enterprise class drives) and offer a 5year warranty.If you need the performance of 10k or 15k drives, you'll probably have to convert to 2inch drives as there really aren't many 3.5" SAS offerings on the market these days. I would ideally perfer higher speed drives for my application, but again, these have performed very well and I will continue to use them as ong as I need 3.5"' SAS drives. Price point for the quality of the drive is pretty reasonable.
