Worked great for my ‘03 super duty with a little modification to fit the head unit. Holds the head unit nice and tight without the need for any brackets bolted to the dash which made the install very easy.

Used this to install a single DIN aftermarket stereo in a 2009 Ford Ranger. The pieces all fit, resulting in a clean, professional-looking installation. The only issue I had was with the back support. The CD pocket extended beyond the end of the head unit, this preventing proper fit. I may fabricate a space to facilitate this later however the aftermarket head unit is very light, so even without the back support I don't think it will be an issue. Overall, this product fits and works as advertised. It's impossible for the manufacturer to know which head unit will be used so I can forgive the fitment issue with the rear support.

Installed on Ford Ranger 2008 - fits well and flexible for use. Only concerned is how it was shipped. It is all plastic with Tabs and one tab was broken off. This leaves one top right hand corner of the housing a little loose as it does not latch because of the broken tab. This is more the fault of how it was shipped in a bubble envelope versus a box. So not good protection from it being crashed.
