this punching bag was very easy to set up and it works so well! I love how easy it is to use and how you can just easily slide it around and put it anywhere. You want to be in your gym or facility area. The quality of the bag itself is very good and I didn’t have to fill it myself, but it was worth it for sure. The bottom thing stabilized the bag itself very well and this is a great addition to my workouts. Excited to be using it more consistently.

I just learn to do boxing and this punching bag is perfect for my need. I can practice everyday at home. I have a small room, but this punching bag can be flat and store under my bed. The material is high quality and durable. Highly recommend***UPDATED***The product is not working after 2 months use. I can't inflate the punching bag anymore

I wouldn’t recommend this for adults at all but maybe for kids up to about 13 or so. Seems like decent quality but not very sturdy or strong
