I used this for packing purposes.It arrived smelling weird and COVERED all over in weird brown pieces of fuzz and paper. Looked like it had already been worn by someone and then returned. Box (product box, not amazon package) was flimsy and looked it had been opened a few times. Against my better judgement, tossed it in the wash and gave it a try. Was quite unkind to my buttocks after a while. I mean, it works, but was pretty shady... if you've got the money, invest in a nicer pair.

I've had "jock strap" underwear but the quality on these are so much more dependable.There's a pouch on the inside of the inside, I'm not sure if it's for your junk but I like to put mine in there. Very comfortable can definitely wear them all day with little to no discomfort. I ordered an S size.

I'm a trans guy who was looking for good packing harnesses, but everything was just super expensive and didn't look comfortable. My idea with this was to cut a hole in the front for a packer.I didn't even have to cut it! This has a pocket in the front that fits my packer in it perfectly. It doesn't move around at all and it doesn't ever look like a boner at all.DO REALIZE, though, that there is a really thick band at the top. It's comfortable but it does go up pretty high.Colors other than black are cheaper!

This was just what I needed. I had an inguinal hernia, and after the operation needed compression on the incision site and mild compression on the scrotum to reduce edema. This particular jock strap has a wide band that, if I wear it low in front, completely covers the incision. I got a size small so it would be fairly tight. It has been helpful in my recovery!

This was head-and-shoulders superior to another brand of jockstrap I bought. It was way more comfortable, soft, snug, and held everything together great. Unfortunately, by the 4th time wearing it, it looked like the attached pictures, one of the seams coming apart and the elastic fraying away. I wanted to hold on as long as I could, using a safety pin, just because this truly was better than the generic thing I bought in sporting goods, but it's not enough any more.
