This is my first time using a grounding sheet. The material is nice and soft, not itchy at all. It comes with a very long cord that plugs into the grounding part of the outlet. I do feel I sleep better when using grounding devices but the flat sheet is not my favorite. I first tried using it on my bed but I have tripped on the cord multiple times. While I could rotate the sheet, I prefer not to have the cord near my head. I have tried sleeping on top of this but it bunches up during the night. I have also tried using it over my legs at my desk while I work from home but the cord tangles in the chair wheels.

This is my first time using a grounding sheet. I get tight muscles and I thought this might help. It has a VERY long thin cord that plugs into the grounding hole in my outlet. I had plenty of cord to reach the outlet. I could have probably wrapped the cord all the way around my beg if I had to. I have been sleeping on it for about 4 nights. I haven't noticed a difference in my muscle tightness yet but I have slept very well. It is comfortable. However, it does get bunched up under me when I sleep. I'm going to keep using it and see if I get more results.
