Item overall is okay. I use this for my PA. The balls are a tad bit small and trying to get the balls threaded in are also a tad bit difficult and come lose. I actually lose one of the balls down the shower drain. They do stay in place but aren't the best. ordered 5/8" inside diam, but on the smaller side. I have used it for some time, but as my piercer said... go for something more expensive over cheap regardless of how it looks and use titanium.

Yo me lei bien pero son dos tamaños.Uno pequeño del mismo Gauge y uno mas largo pero me gusto mucho. Se ajustan perfecto y no tengo problemas con los postes o bolitas no se desajústan para nadaEso me ha gustado bastante una buena compra, solo que no vi que tienen dos tamaños.

Nothing wrong with the product, just a huge inconvenience that when going from a 2 guage to a 0 there isn't a 1 guage since it is a major jump, now im having to use over priced specialty tapers and jewelry to get to my desired goal.

I use this for my PA and it works fantastic and has a great way maybe a little heavy for some people depending on what you use for however, it’s well made and should last a bit

This is low profile compared to a ring. It I’ve found it is the best design for getting busy. The balls do amazing things for me and my partner and it just feels good without getting in the way or causing problems. I prefer a ring for daily wear because I like the extra weight but for pure functionality, this is hard to beat.

First of let me start by saying I bought one of these 11 months ago and it wasn't this bad. One ball stripped because of regular cleaning.I received my new one and there are visible machine defects on the end of the barbell, the balls do not sit flush nor feel like they thread in evenly. For any one using this for a PA I would say don't bother, because of it not sitting flush it's not very hygenic. I will say the quality of the steel is good and the shipping was fast and the balls are good size. All of these photos were taken and the balls were tightened as tight as I could.
