Return policy: 5/5 starsI originally ordered the 14G on accident, 100% my fault. I printed the label and had it returned. They paid for everything and the money was refunded within 24 hours, if not the same day I took it to UPS. I took it an hour before UPS was closing, too.Shipping: 5/5 starsAs always, shipping was fast and tracking was easy.The product: 4.8/5 starsI ordered the 8 mm balls and spikes. The quality is impressive. The size was accurate to any other 8 mm I've seen. It was a comfortable fit for my nose. I've worn the blue spikes and silver balls for days on end and no rusting or color wearing has happened. Cheaper jewlery bothers me and this hasn't bothered me at all. The only complaint I have is that the blue spikes were hard to unscrew and I had a hard time unscrewing them. Once I got them loosened, they've been easy to screw on and screw off. The holes in the balls and spikes aren't obnoxiously small like other brands are. They screw one securely as well.All in all, I really recommend this product and you get more than what you pay for. High quality jewlery and great return policy.

They have not worn out or stripped and do not come loose easily, so they don't fall out. Very satisfied with the quality and colors.

I got the 8mm ones and they are great for my snake bites! Perfect size. I love the quality and price. Definitely worth it. I've worn them every day for a few months now and no changes to the colour.

When I first opened these I was like holy hell these are tiny. That’s never gonna fit my lip. I was wrong they are adorable and fit nice !
