I received this kit as a Christmas gift and I couldn’t be more excited. After doing all the research I could, this kit offers everything I am confident that I need as a sourdough novice. The wide neck makes the container super easy to clean. The air tight lid is perfect for storing my leftover starter in my fridge and the elastic breathable top is perfect on my counter. The measurements on the side are so convenient! The tools really take allof the guess work out of the process, making it way less intimidating for a beginner like me. All of the pieces are good quality and I anticipate them holding up for a long time. If you are looking for a set where quality is met with functionality, look no further.

I love the design, it was easy to understand and use. In no time my sour dough starter was ready to go. This helped me understand and learn the basics of starting my own starter.

I use it all the time, it's such a huge life saver when it comes to sourdough prep. Great price for what you get. The glass is good quality, and it gets the job done. Super light, and what you see is what you get. The glass looks great and the temp sticker works amazing.

I have tried so many jars for my sourdough, but this one is big enough. Just right, it washes well, just with hot water and it is ready to use again. Even the spatula that comes with it is of excellent quality. It scraps the sides and cleans the sourdough so you can see how much the sourdough has risen. I am even thinking of buying another one to have two for my sourdough.
