I use it on Black Sea Bass. I pull out the bones from the filleted skin side, using an arc motion. I imagine that Black fish is also a candidate for the grips.

This tweezers are not strait lined when you closing it on the bone. But it is working somehow. I took out all the big and small bones from the salmon. Maybe because I am using the side edges of the tweezers. It is fine with me; I am glad I have them.

Web display is misleading. Photograph shows multiple forks and my wife thought she was buying a set for the stated price. When only one fork arrived for each item ordered, we immediately went back to the web page to see what the advertisement stated. The vendor's web page shows a photo of multiple forks and has a price. Nowhere does it say that the price is for a single fork. So how should I rate this vendor? Was the web page deceptive, or are we just stupid? Not sure. Haven't decided yet.
