These pillows are stuffed with polyester, so they really don't mimic a down filled stuffing at all. They feel exactly like polyester pillows. They were pretty flat and not great quality at all. The price point was also high for a pillow of this quality. If you're looking for a down alternative, ensure you get microfiber and not polyester.

This is a nice enough pillow and seems well-made, but it is not very full. If you are looking for back support this is not the pillow for you. To me it is expensive for what you get.

I wasn’t crazy about the quality of the fabric. I suppose it’s functional but not for me.

I ordered what I thought was a holiday pillow but it was just a pillow cover so I needed to order the actual pillow insert. I found this one but I would suggest going the next size up from the actual size you need to add fullness. I had to return/repurchase but the process was seamless other than another trip to UPS.

Soft, nice material, no odor, perfect size to go in my cover. I would say it is perfect, but I do wish it was just a bit more firm. After all, it was called a lumbar pillow. Wrapped well for shipping. In water-proof plastic and then, inside a plastic zipped bag. The outside of the mailing envelope had some kind of oil dripped on it during shipping. But, the pillow was safe inside! Would buy this again. Especially from this company.
