Firstly, I am a Profesional mechanic, over 20+ years in the industry. Im used to working on cars and teucks and found this product instalation very straight forward, minus the rear camera. Radio install was maybe a hour long process if you onlybwant to do radio and nothing else. The wiring diagram and instructions for the rear view camera were confusing and not laid out well. The company sent two sets of instructions for the camera install and the first one I followed was wrong. Horribly terribly wrong. I was able to get all features to function but there was definitely some trial and error. If you have time and patience this is a great unit especially at the price point. It made the factory speakers work amazingly well and the app options are great. Took me about 6 hrs total due to the back up camera instalation issue. Happy with product and would recommend to someone else with some pointers.

So I installed mine about 2 months ago. First thing is the instructions for installing the reverse camera are wrong. It says to plug it in to the video output but you actually have to plug it in to a completely different connector that has the cam input label. Other than that the insulation is very simple. Android auto almost never automatically connects. The brightness of the screen doesn't go down very far. If you have steering wheel controls they only work about half the time. All in all it is a highly glitchy unit.

I bought this product and got it installed by a professional shop and loved and enjoyed all the features for the first month or so. Then all of a sudden the touch screen stopped working. Selecting any feature, the screen tales you to something totally different or does not respond. Power button doesn't do anything. Volume control does nothing. I got it disconnected and re connected and got same results. Eventually I had to disconnect the wires because it started to play extremely loud on its own due to the fact the volume control is not responsive. I will contact seller. Crossing my fingers.
