The parts and head unit work on a 2013 ford escape the wire for the camera is perfect length with extra to work with I’ve installed a few of these radios and never had problems I love this in mine it makes the whole car so much better audio quality is good and is probably better than factory plus all the buttons on my steering works with it and the original buttons too! Definitely recommend this included all the dash kit accessories as well. I do think this was more than I’d like to spend but nonetheless it’s definitely worth it.

Fits well in my ford escape 2015. The original backup camera works but the imagen is dark. Also, I can’t connect WiFi or hotspots. Overall is a good radio.Edit: Customer service is excellent they went above and beyond with my question they even sent me the Apk for CarPlay since I had some issues. This definitely was an excellent experience and exceed my expectations. I highly recommend it.

I am happy. Factory camera, steering wheel controls work. People I called complain that they can hear their voice echoed with some delay. I had Best Buy installed the radio because I was too chicken to try it myself. I am glad I did that. 2018 Ford Escape S

Muy bien el producto pero no trae un instructivo a detalle. Y la contraseña tampoco. Voy a preguntar sobre la contraseña o si pueden ayudarme a enviármela se los agradecería.

I received this product quickly. Install was fairly easy for my vehicle and having a strong understanding of car interiors. Took about an hour. I could not use the standard code to get into factory’s settings so i reached out to customer service. Melody was extremely quick and helpful to get me the proper code and help with a few other set up things. It is basically an android tablet that can operate Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Also has Mirror Link. The camera quality could be a little better with the factory camera (there may be a setting that can be hanged. Still working on it.) Unit has great HD video and sound.Overall, this is a great way to upgrade your car to the new systems without buying a new one.

Was excited to receive and install this to upgrade my wife's 2013 Ford Escape, and when I saw the price I thought it might be too good to be true.It was.First one received never powered on during the 12V bench test but instead emitted a puff of white smoke and smelled like burnt electronics. Fuses checked, voltage on wire bundle checked, everything on the car side checked good. I returned for a replacement.Replacement came and the digitizer was completely detached (see picture). Nothing was damaged so I thought what the heck I have cell phone adhesive from my cell phone repairs, no big deal. I tried powering it on, again fuse and voltage check good on car. Unit never powers on. This one never gave a puff of white smoke like the first, but it did burn the #79 15A fuse every time I replaced and cycle power to the new unit.Reinstalled factory Sync 2 system and everything works fine.I'm not a professional installer, but I have installed every afterket system for my close friends and family over the last 20 years, and I'm a career aircraft mechanic. I feel I'm more than capable of undertaking this installation.I will not ignore the pros of this install system. The dash replacement pieces line up perfectly with the OEM panels, and the provided harnesses are plug and play. No real wiring necessary until you get to the backup camera. The kit has all the potential to be outstanding but without the primary component not powering on, I'm unable to justify anything over a 1 star rating.Maybe I got 2 back to back bad units, but I feel like the odds of that are infinitesimal.
