Great quality, easy set up other than the driver confusion at first. BTF version is very clean looking. Very solid build all around.

It’s been about 6 months since I built my computer. This is has done its job. It moves quickly and the wifi adapter is much better than the dongle I was using on my last build. I also like the BTF style as it really helps cable management. It’s kind of a pain to set up because you have to install the drivers to get anything else to work rather than have things work out of the box.I dock it a 2 stars because I originally tried to install a Crucial T705 drive and it wouldn’t work, which I verified on the asus website as compatible. I tried to work with asus support and they wouldn’t believe it was compatible despite it listed on its site and they wanted to argue with me. The support staff even kicked me from chat so I couldn’t give feedback when I started getting frustrated by their argumentative nature because I guess they didn’t want to bother. In the end I had to fix the issue myself. I had brand preference for asus for a while but the incompetence of support, willingness to leave customers high and dry with tougher issues, and potentially incorrect list of compatible HDs and SSDs on the website was not a good move. So potential buyers, keep that in mind if you need support. I’m probably going to consider different brands on my next build because of the experience.

Bought this to build a new computer system for an upgrade. It was a little weird due to all the connection being on the backside of the computer motherboard. After the build was completed, wiring wasn't even visible on the front for a really neat look. If you like a nice clean look, I recommend this board, but the price is really high especially if you buy the ASUS Hyperion GR701 BTF case that goes with this motherboard.
