Super recomendados!!!!!

Bought these for myself after many hours of research. All the sub-$100 skates had sketch reviews for quality control, lace eyelets breaking, blades being improperly positioned, etc. No thanks.I like the Roces for:-the looks & style-the soft boot design-the fact that it uses true reinforced eyelets (for the laces), instead of the riveted metal brackets other skates use-and the upper ankle support is a full velcro strap instead of just more lacesThis means getting in and out of the skates is a breeze, and the upper laces don't come undone from normal ankle movement during skating, because the ankle strap is working for you in that area. Brilliant! If you grew up Rollerblading like I did, you will LOVE these skates.IMPORTANT NOTES (don't miss this):1) You WILL want to have these professionally sharpened at your local skate shop/pro shop. Mine was awesome and only charged me ~$15 to sharpen both.2) The blades are barely adequate out of the box, and this is typical for ice skates, since the type of edge you request will be contingent on your skating style. I wore these as delivered and they had very weak traction/bite until they'd been sharpened.3) You WILL want to invest in some kind of gel/comfort insole to protect your feet. I had an unused pair from WalMart for ~$10-15 that fit and perform beautifully. These work well to counter fatigue in your feet.4) Invest in some budget-friendly blade soakers. The little cloth things that cover the blades to remove moisture from them. These can be had for just $10-15 for the pair. Dry your blades after use with a soft towel, then put the little blade soakers on. This will help preserve the integrity of the steel, and keep your skates from snagging on other things in your bag.THE TAKEAWAY:...I'm 6', 220lbs and, using the above recommendations, I was able to skate for 2.5 hours this past weekend with ZERO discomfort in my feet or ankles.Even when the ice turned to garbage from all the young/novice public skaters tearing it up; when my legs turned to jelly from exhaustion...my skates never let me down. Never lost their comfort or bite.I love them. For the price (and for my goals), nothing else comes close.-Texas ice junky

I bought these skates for a relatively new adult skater. They are comfortable and arrived sharp.

Don't waste your money & time on these skates. I was waiting for mine for over 2 weeks and I had to return them because they were far way worst than rentals (which are mostly very bitten up). In these skates I could barely walk because left skate was not placed in the middle! Worst skates ever.
