I just got it yesterday, I took it out of the box and it had a charge so I was able to use it. It did everything that was advertised. I love love love it. It cleaned my floors so well, it was easy to maneuver. In the last four years I've had three Bissell's and this out cleans by far. The noise level was low a little louder when cleaning but not irritating.

Where has this been ALL MY Life! I have two German shepherds and not a lot of grass left in the back yard sooooooo need I say more! I have tried several products to clean my floors other than cleaning on my hands and knees and the ROBOROCK is amazing! I ended up vacuuming before I did the floors that’s because I didn't receive the product yet.Received the product the next day. Very easy to put together and direction were easy to follow. The battery life was good, I cleaned floors in eight rooms before receiving batter low notification. I don’t know if that has anything to do with the fact that I had max mode on the whole time because my floors were filthy!When emptying the dirty tank, I couldn’t believe how disgusting the water was. Still for future use because I have German shepherds I would still vacuum before I would clean the floors!My floors came out very clean and I didn’t break a sweat so IM HAPPY!

Let's get right into pros and cons...Pros: Easy to use and maneuver (fairly lightweight) . Easy to disassemble and clean. Cleans exceptionally well. Leaves no hair or anything on the roller brush. Self-cleans and dries the roller brush. The stand is solid. Build quality is excellent. Really good suction power.Cons: battery life is barely 30 minutes on auto mode. No quick battery replacement to keep things going. Very slow charging speeds(over 4 hours to fully charge). Needs a certain percentage of battery like 15% to be able to run its self clean function, the docking station won't run it on its own. (small capacity) Waste dispenser needs to be dumped a couple times during a full cleaning session. Audio commands are hard to hear when the vaccum is running.Overall score: 8.4/10

This is amazing! I have tile with grout, and area rugs. I am able to use this device throughout my whole house (upstairs and downstairs 5 bedroom) and still have battery life. I'm surprised every time I empty the dirty water, actually how dirty it is (I pride myself on my cleaning abilities). It's so easy to use. I was fist concerned as the voice that "talks about what she's doing (cleaning rollers drying ect) she was gonna be loud because the notifications are loud. The vacuum itself is so quite. So easy to use, has a self propelled motion. Don't question if you will like, just buy it. You'll love it. I've heard the "romba" version is also great.
