This might be the best thing I’ve bought in awhile. I have 4 dogs, one is a 10wk puppy who is still being house trained and even before I got her I loved this machineIt does a fantastic job and practically moves itself. I love love love it. The dirt that comes off my floors is disgusting

Wish I had this sooner! Works very well. Not too many videos out there to know what to do after you get it for operating it. You get a diagram that I needed a magnifying glass to see what buttons to press for what. Kinda trial and error. FYI - After set up and plugging it in, the cleaning and drying the roller starts automatically! Sooo, I pressed the power button, took it off the platform, put water in it, the cleaning solution provided and cleaned the floor! With the power it had when shipped it cleaned the whole kitchen floor and hallway. Easy to maneuver and lightweight. Afterwards I placed it back on the charging plate. You must keep some clean water in the reservoir so it can clean the roller. It talks to you so you kinda have to stick around if you want to hear it. Overall, I’m still learning but seems to be well made, picks up debris well, charges well, and seems easy to use. I dumped the dirty water container in the kitchen sink with a strainer. You don’t know what it picks up that you may not want to go down the drain! The cleaning cycle is much quieter than I thought it would be and does an excellent job cleaning and drying the roller. Overall I’m happy with this purchase. I also checked out the Dyson but believe this is the better buy as the cost of the Dyson was much more.

Streak free floors every single time. Except for the first. The first test it could have been operator error, but it did leave streaks on the floor. But after putting it back in the dock and cleaning the roller, it was completely streak-free the second time, and every time since. This is only meant for hard floors, no carpet. You get the vacuum, the charging dock, and extra filter, and a cleaning brush, along with 6.75 oz of cleaning fluid. There's very little assembly, you just have to install The roller, and click the handle into place. It's effortless to use, it's not quite self-propelled, but it does help you. Turning is super simple, just twist the handle, it's literally effortless, very smooth operation, and seems very well built. The overall weight with the water tank full, and the cleaning solution full, it weighs 12.5 lb, so not too bad. You do have a couple different cleaning settings, there's an auto mode, max mode, and eco mode. If there's any negative, it is the user interface. It does have a screen, but it only shows battery charge. It does have a speaker, and that's how you choose your settings. The only issue I have, once I power it on, I can't hear the speaker unless I get my ear close to it. That could just be me getting older, but something to note. The handle will lay completely flat, there is actually a little wheel at the top of the handle so you're not rubbing the handle against the floor. The front of the vacuum is about 3 in thick, and tapers up to about three and a half inches. It's a little too thick to get under my cabinets, but it does get close. Once you're done cleaning, put it back in the dock, it will start charging and then ask you to start the cleaning cycle. You press the cleaning cycle and about 20 to 30 minutes later it's done. About halfway through it will tell you to empty The wastewater. Once you put it in the dock and start the cleaning cycle, it takes care of everything else. When it's done cleaning the roller will be completely dry, the system seems to work pretty good. It seems to do an okay job cleaning the roller, but I haven't used it on heavily soiled floors, I think I would try pre-clean the floor before I use this on it, just to make the roller last, because it only comes with one. It would have been nice to have a second roller. I don't have a lot of square footage of hard floors in my house, but the hard floors I do have, it's done a great job on all of them. The kitchen floor is ceramic tile, the downstairs bathroom is the peel and stick squares, in the bathroom is a bunch of small tiles. It did not seem to have an issue cleaning any of them. And as far as charging, it's only a one amp charger, so it charges quite slow. It has a 21.6 volt 4000 mAh size battery in it. And it could have better user instructions. It does tell you what everything is, but it doesn't give you an idea how the best way is to use it. Or what you should or should not use it on. Granted it is a wet dry vacuum, so not too extremely difficult to use. So overall it impress me, I did not expect it to work as well as it did, and I didn't expect it to feel so nice to use, it's just so smooth and effortless unlike my carpet vacuum.

I will never live with a dirty floor again!!This is an update: I didn't know how to start the self cleaning which is why I was pulling the roller off and rinsing it. Well, no need for that! You press the button that is lowest on the front when you put it in the charging carriage and it will start. The lady says she's drying the roller, then cleaning, then some other stuff I didn't stand around to listen to, but she keeps talking. When it's finished, the roller and the unit are clean! It is wonderful! You still need to dump out the tank with the filthy water and hair it collects! Also, I don't know if I mentioned that there are different cleaning modes. You can press the top button(on the handle) and it will tell you which mode it's in.This thing cleans better than me scrubbing on my hands and knees! I'm not exaggerating even a little! The instructions are horrible for this. Really, they don't give information in a way that is helpful or instructive but the machine is terrific! The handle slides in backwards of what you would think, with the loop facing forward. The roller slides on easily and locks into place. Charge it and you're ready to go!You use 2ml of the cleaning solution with 2 cups of water adding it to the fill tank and just press the power button and it says, "Automode" and you feel it start to move. This thing cleans so well you will not believe your floor was that dirty! To empty the tank after taking it off the machine you press the button on the top while pulling up. It doesn't come off easy because it has a good seal but the lid will lift out. You can empty the collected water and rinse off the metal filter and remove any hair that may have been lifted into it. Very easy! You can also take the roller off and clean it if needed which I think should be done at the very least, after you clean. But if you have a big job, it's a good idea to give it a rinse midway so it doesn't get too gross.I'm telling you with no extra hype for influence, this machine cleaned my floor so well and I didn't break a sweat! Normally I'm breathing heavy and sweating because my kitchen is fairly large. Not with this, though! I went over my floor and used no more energy than if I was just walking through the room!It is super efficient with the cleaning solution. A very large room doesn't even use a full tank. And you won't have to worry about slippery wet floors! The floor is almost completely dry right after you pass over it with the machine.I am so impressed with this! I wouldn't have believed it but it's very seriously the best cleaner I've ever used on my floors! It's expensive but it's small size, amazing results, and totally ease of use makes it definitely worth the money!

This hard floor cleaner is easy to assemble and start using right away. It is self-propelled in both directions and maneuvers easily, making what most consider a chore as effortless as possible. I am always impressed that this cleans better than when I vacuum and manually mop – the proof is in the dirty water tank every time I empty it! Once cleaned, the floor dries so quickly that it can be walked on almost right away. While it may not seem to be a big deal, the “lie flat” feature was one of the selling points of this machine. My previous floor cleaner (different brand) could not be used flat and I had to move more things around and manually mop more areas. The Roborock also does a good job cleaning around the edges of the floor, etc., and is small enough to fit in most places. One exception is in our bathrooms - it is too wide to fit between the toilet and the wall, for example). The self-cleaning cycle works really well – just be sure to empty the dirty water tank afterwards. If you wait until the next time you use it, the organic particles (food, etc.) will rot in the dirty water, causing it to smell like raw sewage. My biggest complaint with this machine is that locking it in the upright position does not stop the cleaning – it will continue to roll away. So, every time you need to move something out of the way, you have to push the power button to put it in standby mode, then lock the handle. I also think that the voice prompts are loud and a little annoying. Lastly, the machine does not alert you when the clean water tank is empty. Of course, you eventually notice it when you start making dry passes on the floor.
