I use these notebooks when I want to work out ideas/projects that require a little more "thinking space" than my EDC pocket notebooks. Feels great to write on using pen or pencil.

I would have given this review more stars, but I did not even get the correct product. Instead of the 6x8- #16 pads I got the 8x12- #19 pads. To most this would probably be a plus to get the bigger pads, but I bought them to fit in a specific leather cover I own. Now I have way to big pads and an empty leather cover still.

These are a delight. The only problem I have is that I did not receive one orange and one black: I received two black covered pads. No biggie. Prompt delivery of a quality product.

Great pads--sturdy covers. And the covers have creases that make it neat and easy to fold the cover back for open writing on the pages. The leaves are heavy enough to stand up to whatever instrument you use to write or draw, and each page has a dotted grid pattern if you need some manner to gauge or measure your drawing or designs. Great for notes, sketches or journaling. Not too pricey when you consider that you get two pads for--at this time--around seven bucks. Enjoy.

Love these pads. Handed one to my boyfriend because I bought a 2-pack, and he really likes it. I think he may want another one even though he has some empty Moleskines around.-Excellent quality paper. The pads look nice, they're the size I wanted. Not made in China :)-I REALLY enjoy the dot pattern, I find it gives me enough structure to take notes neatly (unlike blank pages) but doesn't distract from little drawings (unlike lined pages).-The front and back covers are sturdy, and I am not particularly gentle with notebooks (at all, my cheaper notebooks are semi-embarrassingly jacked-up after a short time). I wasn't sure if I'd like the pad top-flipping style, I purchased this style bc they were less expensive than the side-flipping book style (and had never bought Rhodia before), but the top-flipping style is totally fine and doesn't bug me.-Love the slight perforation because they give me the option to rip out but they aren't weak and crumbly (making the pages fall out when you flip through the book a lot).Will definitely order again!
