Wasn’t sure what to expect but actually very impressed!! Came with its own AD card and once I charged it up (c-charger) I was very impressed! So many game options and excellent responsive controls. I have to keep taking it from my 27 year old- he loves it! That should tell you how good it is! Great value, excellent look and a variety of games from many different medias! This does so much more but have not tested the rest- wanted it strictly for the games! Excellent product!

Pros: Right out of the box the unit powered up to beautiful color graphics and a simple to read and navigate game menu. The unit is very sleek, heavy set like a quality electronic, and it is definitely packaged for an appropriate gift. When ordering I read all the features on the Amazon site and many I didn't even understand. What matters to me is that I have my Nephew with me and I like to have games for him and I to play or any type of activity so he enjoys his time visiting. This can connect to a TV and I guess you can add additional games but what it comes with is pretty cool. The controls too are very nice, the monitor is slick black glass. Very nice. So when he's here over the Halloween weekend, I'll update with his approval, but my only reason for 4 stars over 5 stars is the current price of $89.99. Since my streaming TV, my phone, my iPad all offer pretty decent games for free, it seems a bit high for parents to pay for a separate device.

I also have the RG40XX V and this model has a big ergonomic advantage over its vertical brother. Both are great but many will prefer this model.What I like:- Ready to go right out of the box with games- Clear screen that's a very comfortable 4 inches- Good battery life- Extremely ergonomic in the hands given it's a horizontal model- Existing community support- Branded Kioxia microSD cardNot the best:- Stock operating system is okay, but thankfully there are options out there- The second analog stick will have very limited use- Since the joystick is right below the D pad it can get in the wayIf you want a 4 inch screen, a very ergonomic handheld and good community support at a great value this one's a winner.

This is good quality. Took me a bit to learn how to use. But I wanted something for when my Niece's come over. They love it. Easy for them to use. When I opened it, It was fully charged. The screen is clear & easy to see. So many games to play & also download.
