I buy these insects incense repellent often. They're great. Don't last long but do a good job. The smell is not obnoxious.

I used them all last summer and they worked great. It was the first time I had ever used the stick version of these and now they’re my favorite. Easy to extinguish and save for later use . I have a small metal pail with sand that I use as a holder and when I’m ready to go inside I just stick the lit end in the sand. If I need to cover a larger area I just use two or three and spread them out around the perimeter. They put off a lot more scent than I was expecting. Getting ready to stock up for this season. Those bugs from heII can get thick here in S. Fl on the edge of the Everglades. Highly recommended!

I think these help keep the mosquitos and such away, at least from an overwhelming amount to something more manageable , as I still need a bit of bug spray some of the time. My dogs also seem less bothered by the bugs when they stay in the vicinity of the incense aroma. I also like the scent.
