Works!I did not have high expectations for this due to the price, however it works amazingly well. Have had it up for three or four weeks and no issues. Heavy duty screen resists the initial scratching until my cat got bored with it. Allows the heat from the work room (hottest room in the house) to transfer to the main room (where the thermostat is) and keep the house an even temp at a reduced cost. The most difficult part was removing the paper from the adhesive side of the hook and loop, it is very easy to tear it, however caution and perseverance will accomplish the task. There is a slight inconvenience of using the long "U" shaped zipper but I can think of no other way this would work and work well it does.

We adopted a new kitten and need to keep him isolated from our other pets for a while. The screen is perfect! We have it over the doorway into our spare bedroom, and he is away from the others, but they can all see and smell each other. It's a great way to integrate a new member of the family. We attached a small piece of wood at the bottom to hold it closer to the floor. Easy!

Before I got married, I had two of my own cats. My husband came with another cat who is a sweetheart. But she does not get along with my gigantic female cat. They do not like each other at all. So we bought these screens and they are easy to install. Artemisa is a big girl and is basically a tank. She will use her entire body to try to knock down the screens, so we had to buy stronger nails to keep this on the door frame. Instead of leaving the door shut all the time, Artemis and Lady can pretend to fight like MMA fighters without hurting each other. They have made our lives easier and the cats are actually starting to get along better bit by bit. Despite the having to buy different nails due to my cat thinking she is a viking berserker, these screens are something I would highly recommend for blended cat families.

I am so glad I found this!!!! I adopted a cat from the shelter I work at 2 1/2 years ago. When I introduced her to my other cats, it took her about 2-3 weeks till she came out of the room she was in to explore and be around my other cats. A few months later, I moved in with my boyfriend. Since then, she doesn’t like my other cats and doesn’t wanna be near them, which makes them go after her. They’re constantly fighting and I have tried everything to help them get along. Calming plug ins, CBD oil, etc. Nothing was working and I was just at my wits end. I don’t wanna return her to the shelter because she spent most of her life there, after being on the streets. So I’m putting her in a different room, but I didn’t wanna shut her away from everyone completely. I am still gonna work on trying to get them all to get along. I found this and figured it was worth a shot. I’ll try anything at this point! I’ll admit, I wasn’t optimistic because the price was pretty cheap. But I’m glad I took a chance! It was very easy to install! The material seems very thick and durable. It adhesive sticks very well to the door frame and the racks give you extra security. My cats have been trying to pick at it but it’s holding up to their claws very well. I just installed it, so I will say, so far, it’s AWESOME!! If after a while it starts to fall apart, I will update. But so far, I’m loving this! I ordered another one for the bathroom door so I can move her to another room if I need to.
