Flirted with the idea of just buying it directly from the manufacturer, however, love the convenience of Amazon so I thought I’d give it a try.First impression once receiving the product was great, that changed as I powered the device on. The previous owners information was still on the device and it had not been restored to factory settings.No big deal, immediately respected the privacy concerns, and restored it to factory settings.Was using it for a few hours, decided to plug it in to top up the battery, found that the tablet wasn’t charging. Tried approximately seven different charging cords, none of them would work. I eventually found one that when held in a very specific position would charge the device for a few minutes. It was very clear that the charging port on the tablet was damaged.I contacted the seller and explained the situation. I asked if this was something that they would be able to repair. They responded with an offer of $20 in refund. I’m not sure how they expect a $20 refund to rectify an issue of this nature, I am left with a nearly $600 tablet that can’t be charged, which would essentially render it useless. I asked if there was any chance that they could fix it, and they responded no.I don’t think there’s any inspection performed on these tablets, if they had inspected it, they would’ve identified that someone else’s information was still on this tablet, and even logged into their account. And they would’ve identified that it was an issue with the charging port. And the fact that they don’t have the means to repair these items, suggests that they buy them, put them in a box and sell them at nearly retail price of a brand new one.

Perfect conditionHad the expensive pen includedI hesitated because of some bad reviews but I'm glad I bought it, would have spent close to 1k if I had bought new.

LLevo más de dos meses en uso y todo bien. Llegó con un poquito de tape que tuve que limpiar pero funcionan bien, compré dos.

My ONLY complaint is that no sooner did I order and receive my ReMarkable 2, the ReMarkable Pro came out. Having a bit of color availalble would be nice, but I don't consider that any kind of serious flaw for my needs. The pen/surface feel is phenomenal. It has just enough drag to make it feel exactly like writing on paper. There is virtually zero latency, which was my biggest complaint about trying to use a MS-Surface+Pen. I've learned how to very rapidly and easily send pages to OneNote, although the organization capabilities on the RM2 are very good. Importing new custom templates is a little bit tricky at first, requiring a 3rd part app, but once I'd done it a couple times, it's quite simple. The stock pen may be a bit expensive compared to competitors, but it is perfectly matched to the RM2. I did have a problem with the original pen, it more or less "fell apart"(no idea what went wrong) but ReMarkable sent a replacement immediately, so kudos on their customer responsiveness.
