I not sure what to say. I buy this reMarkable 2 from Amazon.I buy the $49.00 subscription from the remarkable 2 site. And I download the reMarkable 2 App on my computer and also on my IPhone. The app doesn’t allow to the table to syncs or even pair with Remarkable 2 site. I can’t find a contact number to get help from the company the makes it. I have emailed them and theirs no response.I will have to send tablet back to Amazon.

I bought it so I can use it for work purposes. I take notes in my client meetings and it helps me remember the discussion.Can use it with digital planners, journals, read books, you name it. Very versatile and easy to use. Love the pen and writing feeling too.

We now have two remarkable2 tablets, they are incredible for staying organized and feel like you are writing on paper with pen. No lag, perfect precision. I honestly don’t know how I functioned prior to having it. This particular seller sold us a “factory refurbished - new” tablet and what arrived was a tablet that was very used, scratched, scuffed and unable to auto update. There was even sharpie drawn on the screen and back. Amazon suggested I contact the seller, when I did, they responded in Spanish (which I had to translate) and said to send it back and if the item is in “resellable” condition I would get my money back as soon as 30 days. I explained many different times, that this came to us used and NOT in new condition and wanted them to replace it with a NEW device and they refused. I attempted to work with Amazon on this many many times and they continued to redirect me to the absolute useless seller. We still have the tablet and are working with remarkable directly to resolve the issues, but when you spend over $500 on something, you expect it to be in the condition the seller advertises. Lesson learned, only by items like this direct from Amazon and not a 3rd party.

The RM2 was professionally packaged and came in perfect condition! There were no scratches or dents and the marker that came with it was an official Marker Plus as described in the listing.Very happy with my purchase I may have been able to get this refurbished directly from ReMarkable for only a small amount more but 1 received this in ONE DAY from AMAZON where it would have been about 10 from ReMarkable.I also received my Connect 100 day free trial from ReMarkable when I registered my device.4 month update:Still working perfectly!I didn’t think I would love the RM2 as mucc as I do. Weekends and evenings for reading epub books and doing my crossword puzzles. Weekdays for work, client meeting notes, planner, quick notes and brainstorming and journaling everyday!I have been using this EVERY day, way more than my iPad Pro. The battery lasts one week which is great for the amount I use it. I have had to replace the pen nib once. What surprises me the most is the screen shows no sign of wear, whereas my iPad Pro with paperlike screen protector showed extreme wear after only 1 month of use.The simple UI and distraction free use has made me a remarkable user for life, I won’t go back to multiple note books planners and post-its or iPad for notes.I will recommend this seller for very good refurbished products.
