Very, very happy with this purchase! I’m approximately size 4/6 or 26/27, and decided to go for a medium. As mentioned in other reviews, the sizes are combination. So, I received a M/L and it fit nicely; not digging in anywhere and no saggy areas. It’s a bit cheekier in the back than I was expecting, but that’s great for anyone looking for something to tan in. The material is good quality and they look and feel great !

Este radio es pequeño, cabe en cualquier bolsillo, ideal para los que hacen ejercicio, o simplemente quieren escuchar la radio mientras hacen otras actividades. Muy buena recepción tanto en AM como en FM. En cuanto al audio, la calidad es buena, sin embargo no se compara con el audio del modelo DT800. En términos generales es un excelente radio a buen precio. Si eres exigente es mejor opción el DT800. Los acabados son buenos e incluye unos audífonos.

Tengo mucho tiempo con este radio, las baterías le duran meses, la recepción es excelente hasta en AM, es fácil de programar las estaciones y de guardarlas en las memorias. Lo que más me gustó es la calidad del audio, tiene excelentes graves y sonido nítido. Hasta el momento no me ha dado ningún problema. Lo único que echo de menos es un clip para llevarlo en el cinturón.

I use my own $15 bud earphones for more than acceptable sound on FM and a long enough cord for decent FM reception from regional FM stations. The AM reception from the built in AM antenna is excellent. From my location in southern Ontario, Canada, I am able, at night, to pick up stations from Chicago, Pittsburgh and Boston. The only dowside - Don't drop the radio on the floor, or you risk having 1 or 2 of the 5 little preset buttons falling out (and you can't stuff them back in, if you can find them). The current radio is a replacement of one I had for 3 years and is still working fine, except only 2 of 5 preset buttons remain. It does not have a speaker, but at this size, the sound would be crappie. Any decent earphones will give good sound. Not the cheapest little AM FM radio, but the best value in my opinion.

I use this radio for jogging, walking, and I sometimes take it to the gym. I've had it for about 2 months now, using it between 1 and 3 hours per day. I just changed the batteries for the 2nd time. It takes 2 AAA batteries, which are easy to replace. I am very happy with the battery life, as I am with the FM reception. I only listen to 3 stations (2 FM and 1 AM), so I have not had to use the top presets that seem to have been a problem for others. One of the FM stations is often marginal on other radios (because of the distance to the station), but I have no problems getting the signal at all with this radio. The signal is clear and the audio is good. Not so for my local AM station, which I sometimes tune in for weather and local news. The AM signal has considerable static indoors and I get poor reception unless I keep the radio in my hand (not in my pocket or the table). Outdoor AM reception is fine. This seems to be true for all of the local AM stations. So it is inconvenient to listen to AM when I am in the house or at the gym or the mall, etc. This is only a minor problem for me, since I usually listen to FM and only tune into AM for local weather or if someone mentions that something is going locally (shooting, robbery, etc. - the local AM station is generally right on top of local events), generally only for a few minutes. So I can keep it in my hand for a short time. But it does cause me to knock the radio one star. If this little AM reception shortcoming is not a problem, this is a great little radio - probably the best I have ever had - and I recommend it strongly.Update: I have had this radio for over a year now and I probably average 3 hours/day, including an hour or so jogging/walking. Still a very good radio. No problems with tuning, FM stereo, etc. A good value.2nd update: I've had this radio for 4 years now. Same usage. I jog with it at least a half hour a day and I wear it when I do yard work, clean the pool, etc. Still very good. I don't use the pre-sets, but I notice that the button for pre-set 5 is gone, so the criticism of pre-sets is justified. But if you are like me and only listen to a few stations, it is great. And much less risky (and MUCH lighter) than carrying your phone. I'm adding a star.

Es creo el mejor radio fm personal que puedes conseguir.Me gustaEs completamente digital (incluso el volumen)Tiene un boton de bloqueo para que no presiones los botones por accidenteNo me gustaEl material no es que se vea frajil o barato, pero en la foto da la sensación de ser mas premium (sobre todo por el precio)En modo OFF (apagado) siempre muestra la hora. Eso te obliga a quitarle la bateria si no lo piensas usar por algun tiempo.En resumen, si eres de los que gusta escuchar la radio, pero tienes un movil sin el (como los nuevos gama alta), es la mejor opcion, sobre todo si planeas llevarlo en la bolsa del pantalon.

Excelente radioreceptor...!!!Estoy mas que satisfecho con su funcionamiento, tiene muy buena calidad de audio, y su tamaño lo hace ideal para portarlo en cualquier parte sin mayores problemas, ya que es bastante ligero y cabe en cualquier bolsillo...Es fácil de usar y la calidad de recepción es buena, tiene muy buena selectividad lo cual es muy importante para mi, porque no se mezcla el audio de las demás radiodifusoras con la que tengo sintonizada, la calidad del equipo al tacto es bastante buena, no se siente como los radios baratos que traen pequeños residuos sobrantes de plástico...Lo recomiendo bastante para quien es amante de escuchar la radio por dondequiera que vaya, la duración de las baterías es de bastante tiempo, a pesar de que siempre trae encendido el reloj, muy buena relación costo-beneficio...Muy buen radio portátil...!!!!

Es un muy buen radio, solo que en ocasiones tiene mala señal. Queda un poco mal parado comparado con los analogos que podias ajustar la recepcion sin embargo es de muy buen precio. La duracion de la bateria es excelente y tiene un muy buen tamaño y peso, ya que es pequeño y muy ligero aun con baterias. Yo lo uso para los partidos de futbol. Solo le doy 4 estrellas por el tema de la señal si no le daba las 5

July 2015. Revisited this review. The radio was purchased in 2/2012 so I have been using it averaging 3 times a week for the last 3 1/2 years, mostly for jogging or walking (up to 3 miles). Still using the same set of AAA rechargeable NiMH batteries. Still working perfectly. Still using the same iPad ear buds from over 3 years ago. I would say I am extremely happy with this purchase. The unit is light and reliable and produces nice sound as long as you use good headphones or ear buds. Highly recommended.Old review from 2012:I have been using this delightful little radio for the last three months, mostly for listening to AM stations while walking/jogging (too bad iPod doesn't have AM radio). As other reviewers have mentioned, the ear bud head set is horribly useless. I threw it away after one day. Switched to an Apple ear bud from my Ipad ($30) and the improvement was immediate. I would have rated this product 5 stars if it had a more serviceable ear phone. It pulls in AM and FM signals from stations in Burbank and beyond 40+ miles away (I live in Orange County, CA), no static, no dropped signal. The FM stereo fidelity is pretty good. The first AAA alkaline lasted about two months with average 4-5 hours of usage per week. Have since installed a rechargeable AAA and still going strong after 3 weeks. The station preset buttons are very useful; buttons a little small but really not a big deal. Highly recommend this radio if you don't mind shelling out another $30 for an ear phone upgrade (that would make this radio $70).

I am a letter carrier for the post-office and my pocket radio was my constant companion. In this age of MP3 players andI-pods, it would seem that the AM /FM pocket radio had become extinct. No electronics store, even in New York City could offer a reasonable replacement for my worn out AIWA CR-LD100. I thought my radio days on the route were over. In desperation I searched the web and came upon the SANGEAN DT-120. If you are looking for a pocket sized, lite-weight radio that offers outstanding reception when you are on the move, then this is it. Only slightly bigger than the AIWA but not bulky at all. The reception is outstanding and there is plenty of volumn. With 5 preset buttons for 2 FM bands and 1 AM, you get 15 presets. The controls are not complicated at all. The on/off button is at the top, on the edge, and the volume toggle is directly below it(maybe a little too close to the on/off). On the front face, 4 buttons control the band selector, x-tra bass, and manual tuning. The digital display is plenty big and highly visible. Across the top edge are the TINY and close set, preset buttons. You can easily cover two of them with one finger tip, so you need a light touch. Its the only feature that is problematic for me, but in no way is it a deal breaker. The AM receiver is quite sensitive and easily pulls in distant stations, especially at night. Which is perfect if you like to search for sporting events from local stations in far away cities. The FM stereo is superb, loud ,clear, with lots of seperation. The sound quality of the ear buds is excellent, but because I walk all day I needed to replace them with the type that hook around my ears. I use this radio all day sometimes 10 hours a day, and the battery lasts about a week and a half. I never thought I would find a radio as good as my AIWA, but the Sangean DT-120 does the job for me.
