Cada paquete incluye 2 mini bolsas de grasa térmica que se aplican en la parte posterior del SSR para que la temperatura se disipe más rápido.
Los pasos son los siguientes:
1. Limpia la parte posterior de la SSR para quitar el polvo.
2. Aprieta un poco de grasa térmica en la parte trasera SSR.
3. Utiliza el cepillo para polvo para extender la grasa térmica.
4. Aplica grasa térmica uniformemente.

Los relés de estado sólido de la serie SSR (conexión de terminal de tornillo) son de alta resistencia, resistencia al impacto y fuerte resistencia a la vibración, con bajo requisito de corriente de entrada. Se pueden conectar fácilmente con circuitos de control digital de ordenadores. . Son productos actualizados de contactores de CA y CC. Están especialmente diseñados para entornos hostiles con requisitos de corrosión, humedad o a prueba de luz/explosiones y requisitos frecuentes de encendido/apagado.
- La corriente en el producto es la corriente de carga máxima, no la corriente nominal.
Cómo elegir correctamente
Paso 1: Elige un tipo correcto Corriente de equipo/relación = Corriente de SSR PS: La relación depende del tipo de equipo de carga. Carga resistiva: 70%, carga inductiva: 20%, carga capacitiva: 10%.
Paso 2: Elige un disipador de calor adecuado durante el uso de SSR, dará mucho calor, por lo que para prolongar la vida útil de tu SSR, instala un disipador de calor, también si la corriente es superior a 60 A, el ventilador de refrigeración también requiere. PS: Nuestro disipador de calor incluye 2 tornillos (para instalar disipador de calor) y un paquete de compuesto térmico (se aplica a la parte inferior del SSR)

Used this to turn network switch on/off to allow intranet supporting a security system to operate without outside hackers looking also. Using a 12volt DC power supply to turn net switch om/off as needed. Absolutely no problems experienced yet and don't expect any! Definitely recommend.

Está muy lindo, es práctico para meter una envoltura de algún dulce, un kleenex, o cualquier tipo de basura que se genera en tu coche. Sólo presionas la tapa y se abre, cuando está llena puedes vaciarla sin problemas, ocupa el espacio de un vaso o termo en la puerta de tu automovil, es muy buena elección y se ve muy elegante, no parece cesto de basura

We have used a variety of SSR's before these with mixed results.These SSR have performed well in a tough setting. We use them in an industrial oven to control 96 individual zones at 480V, they are controlled by a PLC at less than 1 second cycles, running 8 hours/day. Not one has failed.Already planning an additional upgrade using these again.

This SSR comes with a heat sink, screws, and even some thermal grease. With a 25 Ampere rating it is more than sufficient for my system.I plan to use this for multiple applications- glue pot, bending iron.
