I engage in heavy workouts 4 days a week atleast. My skin develops calluses on all my fingers while lifting heavy weights.These gloves do help to reduce but there will still be some level of discomfort. But good news is you won't have 13 calluses on your 10 fingers. My suggestion is to keep multiple pairs atleast 3-4 pairs for long term usage.

I'm ordering a second pair. I've bought a ridiculous amount of various kinds of gloves, and this is my favorite to use every day during my workouts, which include club/mace, rope climbing, throwing and shooting various kinds of weapons, animal crawls on pavement, etc. They fit me perfectly, are very comfortable, have good grip, protect my hands, and work on touchscreens.PS: They’re getting some holes from the crawling on pavement, but to be fair, I don’t think most gloves would stand up to that kind of abuse. Also archery is wearing through where the arrow goes over my off-hand thumb. Plenty durable for the intended use though.

Los uso con bandas de resistencia y si brindan proteccion, tengo 15 dias usandolos y hasta ahora todo bien

I waited a while beween receiving these and writing this review to see how they'd hold up and I'm pleased to say that they do indeed do that which is just fantastic because sometimes when I literally hold stuff up I wear these gloves.I don't actually use these for "working out" because I came to terms with my meh body a long time ago but rest assured knowing I still put em through the ringer. You see on September 10th, 2019 I fell 17 feet straight down to a beautiful and expertly poured slab of concrete which resulted in me breaking my calcaaneus bone near in two and damaging surrounding tendons and joints.. Now I have to occasionally walk with a cane and the palm padding is just spectacular let me say it again spectacular.I can't say this will work on all touch screens but my Samsung Galaxy note 9 fully responds to my touches and taps. As for sizing, I'm no glove master, master of gloves but I typically wear a size medium for a good snug fit and that's what I ordered and the fit is excellent.If you're thinking about buying these just go ahead and pull the trigger because they're top knotch and more than reasonably priced.

I’m not a big fan of wearing gloves during workouts but these gloves are amazing. It’s hard to select the proper size gloves without trying them on first. These gloves fit snug on hands. The inside of the gloves has padding which comes in handy when lifting heavyweight. As you can see in the photos the padding has grips on it. This prevents slippage when working out. The thickness of these gloves are excellent not to thick and not to thin. I highly recommend these gloves to anyone who lifts weights or does CrossFit.
