The lock doesn't work and you cant even close it properly. Everything else is as advertised. It's going to be returned.

Nice little diary. Lock seems works well. Didn't have instruction on how to program the lock but you can google the instructions. It isn't too difficult to open if needed. My 8 year old loves to write her little stories in it. It will be fun for her to look back on.

Wow this diary came with a TON of bells & whistles! A beautiful book mark, a necklace with an inspirational message, a coordinating pen, plus a case for these items. The case has an elastic band so you can keep it attached to the diary for ease, and the diary also has a pen holder inside. It has a functional combination lock for privacy. It also has some different types of pages inside for things other than just writing (see pics). This is an amazing gift for any girl and it would be treasured!!

Beautiful diary, great quality paper that’s smooth and thick. The pen punch is awesome and atttaches o journal with elastic band. Love it

I got this for my 3.5 year old and she absolutely adores it. It came with a really beautiful butterfly necklace which she treasures, a pencil case, pen, gold feather bookmark with a dried flower globe charm attached. All of it is elegant and beautiful. It’s not the quality of something you’d give to an adult, but for a child it’s exceeded all expectations. We call it our daughters ‘brave book’, and she journals about the times she’s been brave throughout the week to remind her she can do hard or scary things. This is the first thing she’s truly treasured.
