I had a elbow injury and was told to wear an elbow pad at all times. I was looking for something soft. I tried 3 different pads and all 3 were a harder thinner foam, including this one. Wearing them was more painful than going without so I gave up. I'm sure it offers protection but didn't fit my need.

My 14 year old hurt his elbow and needed to keep it covered. This elbow pad worked out great. He wears it alone or with his soft cast. He likes how it feels. We bought him a size large. This was a good buy!

Feels strong, padding is substantial and protective. After prolonged use felt constructive and was not breathable. If the product had a way of loosening occasionaly for comdort and breathability it would be better. Overall a good product.

The pad curves along your elbow unlike other elbow pads, so it protects your partner from both sides of the elbow strike. I've had some minor issues with the pad slipping to the side or not covering my elbow 100% sometimes. Other than that, great elbow pad, especially for only $20.

It does what it is supposed to do but it is far too small. I am not an incredibly big man but the large size is far too uncomfortable to wear for even short periods of time. I will be returning them and probably not buying another pair as they are extremely bulky. Pretty good for MMA I'm sure as I used to once upon a time but I can not imagine squeezing an inflated bicep into these.
