I love the Razor products and had an old Razor headset, so I wanted the same brand. This headset would never connect to the dongle and you cannot switch between your pc or console and your phone on the fly. The description of this is grossly incorrect. This headset ONLY works if you can bluetooth it to your device. Music sounds fine, but any other sounds like gaming or streaming sounds like you're talking into and listening through a tin can. It's horrible. Completely worthless unless you are using it to listen to music from your phone and THAT IS IT!

I have seen a lot of reviews on this, and so i decided to buy it. at first i was going for the normal barracuda X which tbh is not the greatest considering the muffled mic, and at first i thought the barracuda x chrome is just the same thing but has rgb and oh god i was wrong, the barracuda x chrome is def better than the normal barracuda x in many ways and my most important difference is the mic upgrade THIS MIC IS AMAZING. but there is also a small problem that i have found a fix for and since a lot of ppl are talking about it let me share this with you, on mobile when u try to pair it and use the bluetooth you gonna notice that the quality is very bad, and it's not a headset issue, it's the razer app. try pairing the headset directly to your phone without the app since the app has the equalizer which pretty much ruins the audio. so yeah i def would give this headset 10/10 it's a one for all headset with amazing quality.

A very great headset with good sound quality and a long-lasting battery. I would recommend getting them.

Good headphones tbh. Customizable rgb, sounds and mic all with synapse 4 on pc or with the razer audio app.very comfy and stay well in place so good to if you are using it for sports. Battery life is solid, particularly if you turn off the lights. To balance this review id say the cons are that it is not noise canceling but if your volume is loud enough you wont hear a thing, your surrounding can also hear as this is not sounds proof. Overall 9/10
