Surprisingly good quality for the price, stayed up on my thighs but did not pinch. Comfortable.

I got these for Halloween to dress up as the Wicked Witch of the West from The Wizard of Oz. They are itchy and tight. I wanted them to hit mid-thigh like in the picture but I could barely pull them over my knees even though I am only 5'2". I wore them for the little bit I needed to in costume, but would recommend another option if this is what you are looking for.
