Added this and ssd hdd to older (15 year) laptops. Loaded Windows 10 and it worked perfectly

Was able to cheaply and easily give a bit of life to an old Thinkpad with these sticks of ram! Now with more ram I can run more applications concurrently and possibly upgrade from Windows 8.1 to 10 lol!

I picked up a nice looking Toshiba laptop a a local thrift store (untested, of course). It had no battery or charger. I had a charger that would work with it so I powered it up and found it only had 2gb of ram. It would hold a max of 4 gb so I ordered this to fill it up. It's running Win 7 and after getting a new battery and a dedicated charger, it's working great! I have three older laptops that all still run fine. Two run a linux OS and this one, WIn 7. It's good to be able to keep them alive and useful.
