Its very big when you lay it out but its a great map.

Very detailed map. Exactly What I wanted. GPS is fine but can get you lost. I like reviewing my route using the map then using GPS as a reminder. Also like having a birdseye view of the area tha GPS or street maps do not provide. There are so many streets in Portland that the printing is very small requiring a magnifier...but we have a great lighted one we keep with the map

My wife is my navigator. She loves (really loves) maps. These are great. Only fault is that they are large single page maps. What I REALLY wanted was a spiral bound 'book' type map, of the sort Philips Maps in the UK publishes. They cover ever little tiny lane in the UK (and that's say a LOT!) and are easy to hold in your lap, don't break at the folds (no folds!). If anyone here every published something like that, I'd be ecstatic!

Saved me many times on my recent trip to Portland! And as advised by other reviewers, bring a magnifier, print can be very tiny (at least if you live in bifocals like me). Not knowing my way around Portland when I rented a car to find lots of locations from the "Grimm" TV series, I needed the "big picture", not just small street segments on Mapquest or GPS, to navigate to all the locations and attractions I was visiting throughout the city...and needed to figure out how to re-orient myself when I kept ending up crossing one of their many bridges unintentionally!

All in all this map is what it is - a map of Portland. A good map - but I must say the print is very small and difficult to read without a magnifying glass plus eyeglasses.
