Radio looks great but the audio controls don’t work so I have 0 audio then from 1-36 there is no change in sound it stays the same don’t know is there is a setting I’m missing has any one else had this problem

In all honesty this is a great receiver but not the install part for a beginner had to do my own research due to no instructions other than a user’s manual hot dam for anyone looking how to wire it up with a aftermarket amplifier here are some pics it’s not the best but it’s a start. And to install climate control you must shave off a small piece on the side of the dash kit where the yellow clip goes on for the lower mount off the climate control you must shave off a bit to fit the climate control just look at your oem dash frame and use a good sharp blade and follow the oem pin size shape to fit climate controls hope this helps.
