I initially had some issues with this product and was disappointed with my experience. However, the company reached out and made things right by providing a full refund and assuring me they are working on improvements. While the unit didn’t work for me or fit my needs, it could still be a good option for someone else. I appreciate their customer service and willingness to resolve concerns, and I hope they continue improving their products!

I would like to give it 5 stars, but It gets 3 stars because the GPS voice is very look for Apple CarPlay…. and there is no way to resolve the volume issue.

Unit works great and looks factory, I would highly recommend it after a few weeks of use.First, it came with model specific instructions to take apart my dash that where model specific and accurate. It does not come with wiring instructions ,but I did find several videos on youtube that helped, mostly there are a lot of plugs that you may not need to use and basically 2 larger ones the are Y cables into the original radio, the one thing I had to lookup was there is one cable that is for the aux input to your original radio and the new harness adds 2 RCA plugs into the harness hear your old radio - those connect to the new screen (not the cable that goes all the way to the armrest aux input).Overall screen fits and looks great, works fast and the wireless car play works perfectly, as good as in my 2025 BMW carplay.Support is quite responsive and answered my questions within 12 hours.I did buy a few additional things to make the install a bit more factory looking.1. I ordered a USB port that fit in my lighter hole and connected the USB cables to that so that I can just plug into the 2 USB cables in the lighter plug (it gave me usb-c and usb-a ports then).2. you will need an antenna adapter for the Honda Accord as it uses some amplified type antenna that requires power - the cable is like 8 bucks and will plug into the old harness and let you hook to the new screen - the other option is to just use the OEM radio, but if you want to connect the radio antenna to the new screen to use the radio you will need an adapter.3. The provided reverse camera will work fine, but I also purchased a camera that fits in the license plate light hole in the car and is a camera and license plate light which helps make it look a bit more factory but not necessary.Very happy with updated look and functionality, it turned a 15 year old car into a modern car!
