First off, the bad. It was shipped in good condition, without any damage, but was missing some hardware. You really need 5 screws per ear tab to mount the tabs onto the frame. From other pictures, it looks like they only ship it with 4. However, mine only came with 3 for each side. I compensated by using PC case screws for the missing screws. Next, while it came with 4 captive nuts, there was only 3 screws. In my case, I use 12x24 machine screws and as such, I provided my own mounting hardware. These were minor issues. Of a bigger problem (for me), my rack does not have the 12x24 holes in the middle of the "U" for securing a slide in device on rails. This drawer (apparently) uses these holes for mounting the chassis to the rack. My rack does not have these pre-drilled and tapped, so I had to drill and tap to mount this in the rack.OK, now the good. Once I got the hardware and mounting issues dealt with, mounting was a breeze and for the price point, I am very happy with this drawer. It slides smoothly, and can be easily be removed from the frame if needed.So in short, with the exception of missing hardware and the fact that my rack did not have the third set of threaded holes, I am very happy with the drawer. As others have noted, this is about the cheapest drawer you can find. I am happy with the quality of the drawer, it will suite my needs well. I would have given it 5 stars except for the missing hardware. In my case, I had plenty of excess screws on hand so it was not an issue for me, but could have been for someone else.

The value for the price cannot be beat! I have been building a rack mixer system and was looking for a good drawer to complete everything. After doing tons of research I came to the conclusion that the overpriced shallow Gator drawer was the only thing out there for road cases. I saw this one and looked hard at the specs. The overall width from ear to ear is 19 1/16" and road cases are 19". So it came in today and noticed for sure the 1/16" difference. So I did a slight mod by using my Dremel with a grindstone and shaved off the near 1/16" and it fit like a glove! The holes lined up perfectly! Buy this if you are looking for a nice solid drawer for your road case and don't mind making a 10 minute modification.

The drawer didn’t sit flush. One of the ears were bent. It appears to have been used. That would explain the ear but not the drawer. If it were cheaper I’d overlook it… but several others are only $10-15 more. I decided to return it.

Bought this to fit my Gator Shallow 6U rack. Was looking for a drawer that would fit inside the Gator's 12.25" depth (excluding extra space in the front and rear covers). Even though the description for this QWORK drawer states that it "...mounts to any standard 19" rack" I looked at the measurements graphic on the QWORK Amazon page and it showed the depth to be 12.25" -- precisely what I needed for the "shallow" Gator rack. I've included several photos because reviews on a few other drawers (not this one) claim that the keys can't be removed in the unlock position, or the drawer only opens 3/4 of the way. I think my photos show that the QWORK drawer crushes those discrepancies found on other drawers.Good price; quick delivery, packaged well with no damage. Btw, the Gator rack is pretty darn decent, too. Awfully pricey, though.
