This looks to be a nice basic house filter set. Both filters are rated for 5 micron, but they are different styles with one being a sediment filter, and the other being a charcoal filter. I only have one filter housing in my home, but I'm planning to try them both to see how they work. They appear to be the same quality as what I can get at my local hardware or a big box store, so I assume they should work fine. For the price thee seem to be a good deal.

They work wonders on a well water system we use to get a smell from our well and a lot of build up from the water I change them about every 6 months

I’ve used several filters by this name brand, never ones that are this specific or expensive. This set is supposed to be for 95% removal and one of the filters is charcoal activated 99% removal. My water looks and tastes fine. When I see how long the filters last I will decide on a fifth star. If your water needs stronger filters, there is a higher end of the same set, same brand that’s a little more expensive.

Seems like good quality filters for my big blue whole house water filter system. I also have a 5 stage RO system under the sink for drinking water. Arrived well packaged. I had to wait for the water to fill up for several hours before I could flush out the black carbon water. I have sensitive skin and a whole house filter helps with the dry skin. I usually stick with 5 microns because 1 micron is so tight the it affects water flow.
