I had planned on using this to keep my cats out of my home office/den, however it turns out that door is a bit taller than standard so the screen runs a bit short. ok, so on to plan b - using it for access to our deck this summer so the cats can get a nice breeze and see the outdoors better. I would not use this on a heavy traffic area door, however. It's a chore to open/close, especially while trying to move groceries, etc..I to sometimes foster pets and this will come in handy to separate the fosters from my house cats, though I'm not sure moving this screen around is a great idea as the velcro adhesive may not peel or transfer well. My trim is painted and could easily peel when removing the 3M strip. The screen is really heavy duty, almost like the aluminum screen I prefer to use when replacing screens in my windows. It's much tougher than the more popular black screen these days which pick and rip so easily. My only real gripe is the bottom piece. Unless you have a step up to adhere the velcro, it's going to need to be adhered to the floor. That makes mopping more of a chore as dirt will love to hide there and I'm not willing to potentially damaging my floor with adhesive. Also, for those with balance issues, stepping over the bottom is a good spot to catch a foot and take a tumble.Still, overall and for the price, it's a solid screen door, much better made than the ones in the big box stores.

Super excited for this, I got it for our fifth wheel trailer that is a toy haulier as we don’t have any toys to haul. We are going to turn that back garage into a cat room to take our cats camping with us and it’ll be a way for us to keep them in the garage and still give them fresh air With the door open but keep them secure when we’re away from the trailer so they can’t escape and let them out when we are in the trailer and we know they’ll be safe. Upon opening this up, it looks super easy to install. I can’t wait for spring summer to get out to the trailer so I can install it take photos and upload up to this review. I’m also excited to take my kitties camping as they love the outdoors.

This is great! It's very easy and simple to put up. Just make sure you measure your door correctly, and you tear the backing SLOWLY or by sections because the sticker paper backing is fairly delicate and rips easy. Other than that, it does the job and I love this screen because the zipper allows me to feed her playpen tubes through so she can go in and out of the house as she pleases. Highly recommend!

We recently adopted a kitten and have to keep her separated from our current cat until they get used to each other. We previously bought a gate and have it up in another hallway but it was such a hassle to put together and continues to be a hassle so we wanted to try something different for the bedroom door. This screen door is so much better!I will forewarn you, the instructions are TERRIBLE. It was literally just pictures and the model we got is not the same model as the one on the box it came in so when we put it together we thought we had done something wrong or put it on backwards. Once we determined we hadn't, we were happy with the end product and it's (mostly) held up well.Pros-It attaches to your door frame via 3M strips that have velcro on them and the screen attaches to the velcro. You guys, this velcro is STRONG. Our kitten, who has grown at least 3-4 lbs since we brought her home, has taken to climbing the screen. It holds with no issue. When the two cats charge at each other from their sides of the screen, still holds. I'm honestly wondering how much of a hassle it's going to be getting the velcro to release once we don't have to keep them separated anymore LOL-The kit comes with plenty of 3M velcro to attached to your door frames so if you get it wrong or it starts t peel off, you have almost an entire other roll to use.-The zipper to deal the door is very smooth, we've had no issues with it getting stuck or coming off the trackCons-There is a band with a basic clip button to secure the flap of the screen back and out of the way when you don't want it closed. This button is not sewn onto the band very well and it fell off after a week and a half of having the product. We would use it daily and it could not keep up with that amount of use so. We ended up using a small clip to hold the flap.Even with the secure band issue, I still really like this screen overall and would recommend for anyone that doesn't want the hassle of dealing with a heavy gate.
