Good grip strength and it helped me get from 6th reps to 10 reps considering the fact i have weak grip strength so it definitely enhanced the workout I’m doing, however it did that with multiple repeated interruptions between sets and rounds due to the fact that I had to continuously re-adjust the grips to fit in between my fingers correctly. I had to adjust them after every movement or two so they work appropriately without causing me discomfort. That’s the only downside, so if you don’t care about small interruptions in between your sets to adjust, the grip strength itself when fitted on correctly actually does help a lot. I am able to do more reps using these and I don’t have achy hands at the end of my workout.

I'm VERY happy with these! I had tried the 'wrist-strap' type of weightlifting grips, and I found that in addition to taking a while to put on and take off, my hands were still doing a lot of the work. These grips fit right into your palm, and the fingers hold them in place. What I've found is that I'm able to put more weight on the bar with these than with other types, because my hand isn't working as hard to hang on. I don't even think about it, it just happens. If you find your hands and wrists are getting tired or sore, and limiting the amount of weight you can put on the bar, these are well worth trying out.

Has mixed use cases, so not for everyone and should be cheaper or maybe come with 2 in a pack. It works okay for picking up dumbbells, but not at very heavy weights, not ideal for pull-ups.

I started working out at OrangeTheory Fitness about 6 months ago and was originally struggling on the rower since I kept getting calluses on my hands from the rower handle that never went away. Then, when I started lifting heavier, anything with the silver textured handle was difficult to hold correctly since it hurt my hangs. In searching for gym/fitness gloves I stumbled across these and I absolutely love them! With the OTF workout you switch between a treadmill, rower, and weight exercises on the floor so I didn't really want to wear gloves since I only really need the support for heavier weights and the rower. These are perfect because I can put them on quickly as needed and then just put them to the side when I don't need to use them. They're extremely functional for the HIIT exercises that I do.The quality of them is great! I've been using them about 4 times a week for over a month now and they still look basically brand new. I have average hands for my size and I have no issues with the fit or comfort of these. They feel like an extension of my hands and stay in place when rowing and lifting heavy weights. My hands do get a little sweaty at times, but that happened even without these grips and so it doesn't impact my performance at all when I have these on.The only thing that could be improved is the case. It's small and has a carrying handle, which is great, but if you don't get the grips in there just right and hold it closed when you zip it up the zipper will unlatch. They could've made the case just slightly bigger and/or used a higher quality zipper to avoid this issue. This isn't a deal breaker for me, though. I am usually able to get it closed pretty well without issue now that I know how to reposition them in the case and hold it shut at the top and bottom while I zip it.I think these are great and would definitely recommend them! I've gotten a ton of use out of them and they are good quality and therefore I deem them a great value for the money.

I tried these out during my gym sessions and liked that my hands didn’t feel all rough after lifting. They are comfy and super easy to throw in my bag, which I liked a lot. I also noticed they didn’t get all sweaty like gloves usually do, which was nice. The grip part didn’t really work for me though. When I used them on smooth bars, I felt like things slipped even more. It’s good if you mainly want to save your hands from getting beat up, but not the best if you need a stronger hold. I’d still say they’re worth trying for lighter workouts.
