The item runs small so I want to return, but the cost to return is more than the item. This should be clearly identified to any buyer

Runs large not fitted. Need to return to China. The mailing label they sent is in Chinese and the USPS will not accept the label.

Looks just like the picture. I would say it runs small. I usually wear a size 10 but ordered a size XL since this comes from China and because I want to layer under it. I can wear this vest over a hoodie sweatshirt or over a long sleeve tee or pullover sweater or turtleneck. This vest is very useful.
