They started breaking from the traffic after a couple months.

The stair nose edge was exactly what I needed size and material-wise. The adhesive on it is super sticky, and seemed to adhere well to the edge of the Trex decking around my pool. It was easily cut with a razor knife and/or scissors.I installed it on a hot day, with the thought that it would be most pliable. I measured lengths, and cut them on angles to meet, making tight seams. Once done, it looked great! After an overnight cool-down, however, the material contracted, leaving wide gaps where it had previously met tightly. I’m pretty disappointed in the way it now looks (pictures attached). If you were running this across the edge of a step, end-to-end, it maybe wouldn’t be as big of a deal. But for my purpose, it didn’t work out 100%. It still finishes off the cut edges of Trex and eliminates their sharp/fine edges, so, at least that is accomplished. Just be aware though, that’s even though this is advertised for indoor/outdoor use, temperature change may cause expansion and contraction.

We got a beautiful new polyaspartic garage floor, but the step blended in and was a hazard. This easy to cut strip is the perfect solution! It is high quality, easy to install and it adheres well to the flooring. Now we don’t have to worry about people tripping, including me!

I bought this for my staircase going to the basement. I can not speak on how well it does or does not stick, I never made it that far. First off, it was supposed to be 4 in Long and it was an inch and a half short of that. Second it came rolled in a ball so to get it to flatten out not only did I have it laying under bricks and wood for 24 hours I used a hair dryer as it mentions to do and it never would completely flatten out as you can see in the picture.

Great quality and it sticks really well. We used it because our card door keeps bumping into the concrete steps in our garage. This is a great job protecting the car from the concrete steps!
